Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays after payment is received. 
• You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once the order has shipped. 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

• AIAM Official is not responsible for lost, stole, delayed or damaged packages due to carrier issues.
